Biography

With a background in equality, diversity and inclusion, Dorothy brings experience working with universities, student unions and policy think tanks. She has been a workshop facilitator and panelist as well as a writer focusing on social mobility, access to higher education and fixing the pipeline gap from undergraduate to postgraduate study. In addition to this work she is also passionate about working to address to sexual harassment in universities, having worked as part of feminist collectives aiming at addressing issues pertaining to non-disclosure agreements. Away from work, she also holds an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford where her research centred on using divorces as a lens to look at patriarchy in Zimbabwean politics.
