Ts'eliso Makara

Biography

Ts’eliso holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Lesotho and a Master’s degree in Social Protection Financing from the University of Mauritius. He is passionate about Social Policy and Public Health issues and hopes to become an expert in Health Economics. His PhD research will seek to devise an alternative and affordable healthcare financing mechanism for low-income earners.
