Biography

Tjedu Moyo is a young leader passionate about developing under-served populations. Her core interest lies in the nexus between climate change and public health, given that climate change is affecting the foundations of human health and is a profound threat to the global goals of defeating TB, Malaria and HIV. Climate change presents a threat to saving lives and building a healthier world, which is why she is studying for a Masters in Environmental Sciences. In 2020, she founded the Lunia Centre for Youths, an organisation that seeks a country with climate justice, gender equality and equitable health service delivery for all.
