Biography
I advocate for the notion of “Justice from below” meaning that the rule of law prevails if the law is accessible first to the poor and uneducated. I am pursuing a career in commercial law focusing on contract law. I aim to restore equal bargaining power in contractual agreements between corporates and impoverished uneducated citizens. Commercial dealings are not immune to human rights therefore, corporates should not abuse their position and financial muscle infringing the rights of citizens. I have volunteered to be a mentor and I have served as a coordinator for the UP Student Disciplinary Advisory Panel where I made sure that the rule of law prevailed in disciplinary hearings.
