Biography

Solomon Ndondo is a 26-year-old young man from Zimbabwe and is the founder and Executive Director at the Africa Rise Foundation. He is a member of the Youth Leadership Council at the Global Fund for Children. He has a BSc Honours in Human Resources Management from Great Zimbabwe University. He is an active volunteer, human rights advocate and Young African Leaders Initiative Regional Learning Centre South Africa alumnus. Solomon Ndondo is passionate about sustainable development goals and the equality of mankind. He is also a small scale farmer. His research aims to inform and influence policy change especially in the areas of gender and human rights. He will engage with policy makers and other stakeholders to create a strategy for improving access to quality education.
