Biography

A few years ago, Sharon Harvey had the difficult experience of being in a shelter for domestic violence victims. This experience taught her a lot about human nature, resilience and the propensity for emerging with new-found awareness. Today, she is doing a Masters in Psychology in order to explore the complexities of gender and power in the context of intimate partner violence and family court. It is undertaken with the intent to produce social change.
