Richard Ncube

Biography

Richard Ncube is an environmental lawyer with a keen interest in climate change, biodiversity and business and human rights. Over the years Richard Ncube has used public interest litigation, research, advocacy and other approaches to help vulnerable communities to attain justice. Richard Ncube is doing his PhD in Law at the University of Cape Town. His research broadly focuses on climate change as a business and human rights issue. It specifically looks at Human Rights Due Diligence as a tool for addressing the impacts of climate change in Africa.
