Biography

Rhodes is a holder of a Bachelor of Education Degree (English and Economics) from the University of Namibia, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Education (TESOL) from California State University, Fullerton. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Language Education) at Wits University
