Rabecca Sithembile Tembo

Biography

Rabecca Sithembile Tembo is a passionate Malawian teacher with over ten years experience in teaching and educational leadership. She is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Education Policy, Planning and Leadership at University of Malawi. She believes that education is a great equalizer as it gives different people an equal chance of participating in the economy. Her passion is in Education policy because whatever happens in the classroom is a result of policy. She believes that strengthening access and quality of education is a step towards alleviating inequality in Malawi. Her research focuses on early childhood education.
