Biography

Previous is motivated by a Marxist perspective in advocating for women and children in a patriarchal African society. She is currently pursuing her LLB undergraduate degree at the University of Fort Hare and is devoted to representing children’s rights in divorce cases. As a member of the Zimbabwean Junior Parliament, Previous has made a commendable impact in the legislative spheres of children’s rights. She is currently torchbearer of Amnesty International East London chapter, paralegal practitioner and General Legal Counsel for Junior Chambers International UFH chapter. After completing her undergraduate studies, she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law. In the long run, she aspires to establish her legal practice specialising in family law as well as the law of personal injury.
