Biography
Onika Booi is a third-year law student at the University of Fort Hare. He is passionate about human rights as well as Corporate Law. As a result, he wants to research Corporate Law’s threats to human rights; he believes that the current human rights due diligence initiatives are insufficient to address the issues of business and human rights. Currently, Onika serves as the Chairperson of Amnesty International University of Fort Hare, a society that prides itself on advocating for human rights. He wants a world where there is corporate excellence without human rights violations.
