Biography

Nomahlubi Mbangamthi is a social justice and gender inclusion advocate from Lesotho. Nomahlubi holds an Honours degree in Gender Studies from the University of South Africa and plans to pursue a Master’s in Gender Studies. Their academic and professional interests centre on gender-based violence, migration and intersectional African thought. As director of Kemnet Networks Lesotho, host and founder of the feminist and queer podcast Kemnet Tea Time, and author of the blog/newsletter Degendered, Nomahlubi uses grassroots initiatives and digital media to amplify marginalised voices. They aspire to advance inclusive policy and feminist leadership in Southern Africa.
