Biography

The Faculty of Humanities has been Ndapwa’s “home” for the past five years. She began a two-year Master’s at Rhodes University this year, having completed both her undergraduate and honours degrees at the same university. Her research focuses on the intersection of race, class and gender for black women in South Africa, with a particular interest in their relationships to society. In the future, she would love to pursue a PhD exploring people’s experiences of mental health in the university environment.
