Mbalenhle Pamela Ndzinisa
Biography
Mbalenhle is a passionate social worker from Eswatini with a Bachelor of Social Work. Witnessing poverty, substance abuse, and inequality fueled her commitment to social justice and mental health advocacy. Her experience as a tutor, intern social worker, and assessor strengthened her belief in rehabilitation over punishment. Mbalenhle is pursuing an MSocSC in Criminal Justice Social Work at the University of Cape Town, researching mental health support for young offenders. She aspires to influence policy through organisations such as NICRO, UNICEF, and the UN while remaining in practice and contributing to academia, helping create a Southern Africa that prioritises well-being, justice, and healing for all.
