Biography
Lois Chisompola Sikwenda, a Canon Collins Alumni is a Senior Research Advocate in the Constitutional Court and District Registrar in the High Court of Zambia. She is currently involved in developing judicial policy and reforms encompassing the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in the court system. She holds a Master of Laws degree in dispute resolution from the University Cape Town and views the development of ADR as key to enhancing access to justice in Zambia.
