Lisa Middleton Horn

Biography

Lisa Horn is a Speech-Language Therapist with a deep passion for supporting children with diverse abilities. She works for St Joseph’s Intermediate Paediatric Care, a non-profit organisation providing post-acute rehabilitative care for medically fragile children from vulnerable communities in and around Cape Town. Lisa is pursuing a Master’s in Early Childhood Intervention at the University of Pretoria. This program addresses service delivery for children from marginalised communities, emphasising disability inclusion as a societal imperative and focusing on the unique challenges within the African context.
