Biography

Landa Mabenge is an educator, consultant, author and intersectional scholar. He is the founder of Landa Mabenge Consulting, a social justice enterprise that educates and creates awareness on transgender and gender-diverse identities. Landa works with organisations in various sectors in South Africa to develop and implement policies for diversity, equity and inclusion. He holds a MA in Gender Studies (cum laude) from the University of Sussex and is a PhD Candidate in the division of social and behavioural sciences, school of public health, UCT.
