Biography
Kay is a researcher who focuses on substantive issues of comparative and international human rights within the context of violence against women. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between the law and the access to justice for women, the relationship between social movements and the law and the intersection of domestic violence with women’s inability to access affordable housing.
