Biography
Kate is an attorney specialising in the right to basic education. Her practice included education provisioning, access to education for learners with disabilities, and sexual violence in schools. She is currently studying towards an LLM at the University of Cambridge. Her research includes comparing remedies awarded for different types of rights in constitutional litigation in South Africa, with the aim of establishing workable remedies for the right to education.
