Fiona Masuku

Biography

Fiona Masuku, from Plumtree, Zimbabwe, is pursuing a Master of Urban Studies in Urban Management at Wits University. Having lived in various Southern African cities, she developed an interest in how communities interact with their environments and their socio-economic and climate challenges. With a background in Property Studies and a passion for people and the environment, Fiona is focused on addressing complex urban issues to achieve social and climate justice. She aims to create better spaces for people in the Global South, contributing to the UN SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
