Biography
Felemont Banda is an urban spatial justice advocate and a legal practitioner. He offers legal representation to vulnerable people in the area of access to land in the urban space. His research area of interest is land use, planning law and economic, social, and cultural rights. He holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Management. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in land use law and socio-economic rights, in which he applies planning theory and legal theory to understand spatial justice. He also lectures in planning law.
