Evans Silavwe

Biography

Prior to his PhD, Evans taught Electronic Engineering at the University of Zambia, simultaneously working as Technical Director of Realtime Technologies Alliance Africa. With a huge shortage of Electronics & Telecommunications staff at the university, Evans hopes to use his research to help regenerate the field.  Upon completion of his studies, Evans intends to join join the University of Zambia full-time and to play a key role in advancing learning and research standards, and creating a new generation of specialists in his sector.
