Dennis Muchongwe is a dedicated researcher pursuing a PhD in Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town. His academic and research interests converge at the intersection of access to justice, corporate accountability, and human rights, focusing on class actions’ transformative potential in promoting social change. Dennis aims to harness the power of class actions as a tool for marginalized communities to seek redress. He seeks to contribute to class action law and policy, inspiring its adoption throughout SADC and beyond as a catalyst for social justice and transformative change.
