Chelsey Joan Gaidien

Biography

Chelsey is a dedicated problem solver and holds a B.Ed. in Foundation Phase teaching. She will pursue a B.Ed Honours in Educational Psychology. Through her teaching practice, she has identified disparities in the holistic development of children in disadvantaged communities compared to their counterparts in more affluent areas. She seeks to promote conscious, social and sustainable change in response to the traumas children face in their adverse circumstances. Chelsey aspires to become an educational psychologist who empowers children to achieve their full potential while continuing to mentor her fellow educators to create meaningful social impact.
