Charles Mankhwazi

Biography

Charles Mankhwazi is a change-maker and research consultant who is passionate about promoting equitable and sustainable development. For the past nine years, he has been coordinating and managing research projects at the intersection of youth economic empowerment, climate justice, and inclusive education to advance progress towards achieving the SDGs. Charles is currently pursuing an MSocSci in Development Studies at the University of Pretoria. He is working to make research and advocacy more accessible as tools of influence to enhance the meaningful participation of youth and marginalised groups in policy and decision-making processes at community, district, and national levels.
