Bridget Kaunda-Sharra

Biography

Bridget is a Special Needs Education expert working for Malawi Government as a Disability Associate. Her office is responsible for ensuring that the interests of persons with disabilities in Malawi are met. Bridget has been curious about the welfare of persons with disabilities and wants to see every person with exceptionalities in Malawi being able to excel in their endeavours. After her Masters, she wants to continue working for Malawi Government and ensure all policies are inclusive and responsive to the interests of persons with disabilities. She wants to contribute to the creation of the first ever policy on inclusive education to ensure every child with disabilities has access to quality education.
