Benni is a registered Chartered Accountant with “Big 4” articles. Benni has had a highly successful career in finance leadership, business operations, business management, management consulting, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment, the IT and Telecommunication industries, multinationals and auditing, in South African, SADC and East African markets. His passion is to use quality BEE contributions to make significant impact in our quest to rescue our beautiful country.
Some of his notable achievements are:
- Has held executive directorships at various companies including Multinationals.
- Program led and implemented the first approved equity equivalent at Hewlett-Packard South Africa in 2007, as the responsible manager. Benni was also the program driver behind HP achieving a Level 2 in the first official year of B-BBEE – 2007. These were remarkable and outstanding achievements in South Africa at that time.
- Consultant to Microsoft® South Africa’s Equity Equivalent program which was announced in April 2010.
