Biography
Baphethuxolo Mgqibi ,is a final year LLB student at the University of the Western Cape. He is an ardent lover of jurisprudence, and strongly believes that he will use his LLB to better the lives of those who cannot afford legal representation in his community. During his high school years he became a youth leader in a local youth center. He mentored first year law students in 2022. He is also a Deans Merit Award recipient. In 2023/2024, he volunteered to be a Peer Facilitator for the HIV/AIDS unit at UWC. He aspires to be a public interest lawyer.
