Biography
Bahati Msosa is a Senior Legal and Prosecutions Officer at the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Malawi, where she leads efforts in prosecuting corruption, asset recovery, and advancing good governance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malawi and has five years of litigation experience in both civil and criminal litigation. She volunteers for the Women Lawyers Association of Malawi, advancing women’s and children’s rights. She is a committed feminist and human rights advocate.
