Biography

Babalwa Mofokeng, is pursuing her LLB degree at the University of Fort Hare. She is passionate about human rights and child rights law, engaging in prestigious local and international human rights moot court competitions and honing her advocacy skills. She demonstrates her enthusiasm for law by contributing to the legal community by volunteering in law firms to develop and gain insight into practical legal work. She is strongly dedicated to society through community service work, fostering leadership and social justice in various organizations. She aspires to obtain an LLM in international humanitarian law to further promote humanitarian principles that protect child rights and human dignity worldwide.
