Biography

Alexander Chibayo is a Malawian lawyer pursuing a Master’s degree in International Taxation. He works with M & L Partners, where he advises on corporate and commercial matters and collaborates with the Tax Research and Advisory Hub International to promote tax research and literacy in Malawi. Alexander also serves as Chairperson of the Advisory Board of the Initiative for Development, Effectiveness and Accountability (IDEA), an NGO that partners with rural communities to introduce life-changing innovations and technologies. His interests focus on leveraging international tax frameworks to support SMEs, reduce socio-economic inequalities, and promote sustainable development across Africa.
