Biography
Asiphe Ndinisa is a final year LLB candidate at the University of Fort Hare. She has interest in tax law , human rights and criminal law. She aims to interrogate the criminality of tax evasion and the human right infringements that arise from unjust tax policies, which undermine public services and socio economic strength of the state, ultimately infringing on people’s rights to public essential services. She excelled in advocacy and legal research through vocational internships, Legal Researching for the UFH Moot Society and a Volunteer Researcher at Timia Africa, an organisation which focuses on human rights, diversity and inclusion.
