The Canon Collins Trust has supported over 4,000 scholars motivated by social justice. Today many of them are making meaningful contributions to the lives of southern Africans. Through our higher education and research funding, we are cultivating a space where influence and research meet and contributing towards a new framework for human rights in southern Africa. Empowering women is one of our priorities. Others include education activism, inclusion, climate justice, media freedom, economic and social justice and open democratic society.
