Rosebud Munhamo



Rosebud is a teacher with more than 15 years of experience. She is also a gender equality and social justice advocate. She serves as a role model through extensive participation in denouncing social injustice and inequalities which are more rooted in social constructions. She seeks to bring about social change by bringing girls to education especially amongst marginalised rural communities. Her research interest revolves around equity, quality education, girls’ empowerment, inclusivity and social inclusion. Her research seeks to mitigate the prevalence of child marriages, patriarchal systems and norms that have continuously marginalised girls from attaining education. Her goal is to see change towards a society where men and women enjoy equal opportunities.
